1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define the rules for using the AIBA mobile application.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

The Application includes AI assistant, document sharing, calculations, calendar, and E-IMZO e-signature features.

Use of the Application is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Description of Services

AIBA is an AI Business Assistant that provides the following services:

1. AI-based chat assistant;
2. Document sharing and analysis system;
3. AI calendar (synchronized with Google Calendar / iCloud);
4. Document signing through E-IMZO;
5. AI-powered business analytics and calculation tools.

The services are provided on a paid subscription basis.

Pricing, payment methods, and terms are announced within the Application or on the official website.

3. Registration and Account

The user registers in the Application using their phone number.

Passwords are stored on the server in a hashed (encrypted) form.

The user must:

1. ensure the confidentiality of their account;
2. not share login information with third parties;
3. be personally responsible for all actions performed under their account.

Individuals under 18 years old are prohibited from using the services.

4. User Rights and Obligations

User Rights:

1. Use the services of the Application lawfully;
2. View, edit, and delete their personal data;
3. Cancel or renew their subscription;
4. Contact customer support.

User Obligations:

1. Provide only accurate and complete information;
2. Use the Application for lawful purposes only;
3. Not perform any actions that may harm the Application or violate the law;
4. Not infringe on the rights of third parties (e.g., through documents, signatures, or shared content).

5. Operator Rights

Artificial Intelligence Business Assistant LLC reserves the right to:

1. modify, update, or temporarily suspend any features of the Application;
2. restrict access due to technical or security reasons;
3. block an account in case of violation of these Terms;
4. automatically analyze system processes using AI to improve service quality.

6. Integrations and External Systems

The Application is integrated with the following external systems:

1. Google Calendar — for synchronizing calendar data;
2. iCloud Calendar — for linking events on iOS devices;
3. E-IMZO — for electronic signing of documents;
4. AISHA — for automatic voice-to-text and text-to-voice conversion.

Connection to external systems is performed only with the user’s consent.

AIBA is not responsible for the performance or policies of these external systems but uses user data solely for service delivery purposes.

7. Data Security and Privacy

User data is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All information is stored on servers located in Uzbekistan and is not shared with third parties, except with user consent or upon a legal request.

Digital signature keys are stored in encrypted form and used only after user identification.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Operator strives to ensure uninterrupted operation of the services but is not fully liable for technical failures, network outages, or third-party errors.

The Operator is not responsible for the content of data submitted by the user.

AI-generated outputs (such as analyses or recommendations) are provided for informational purposes only, and decisions based on them are the responsibility of the user.

9. Account Deletion

A user may delete their account:

1. through the “Delete Account” section within the Application;
2. or by submitting a written request to info@aiba.uz.

Once deleted, system access is revoked, and all personal data is removed from servers within 10 business days.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved primarily through mutual agreement.

If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be handled under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the courts of Tashkent.

11. Amendments

AIBA reserves the right to amend these Terms and service conditions.

The new version becomes effective once published in the Application or on the official website.
